Getting Started

There are many planned gifts that won’t affect your existing financial resources, but will have a significant impact on NCLC. Give to the institution you care so much about, while maintaining control and flexibility.

A Gift from your Will

A bequest is a gift provision in your will or revocable living trust. All assets, including cash, securities, real estate, and tangible personal property, may be transferred to NCLC at the end of your life.

Micheal“I’ve been teaching and writing on consumer law since 1969, and over the past 50+ years I have seen first-hand how integral NCLC has been to the advancement of consumer rights. I’ve included NCLC in my estate plan because I know how essential its work is to continued progress toward economic justice in our nation. I am proud to be a member of The NCLC Legacy Society, and hope you will join me in leaving a legacy for consumer justice.”

and Commercial Law at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri
